Job Description

Applications are invited for the fulltime permanent position of Customer Service & Administration Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivery of both external and internal customer service to ratepayers, clients and other staff. Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service and an ability to handle administrative duties in a professional environment.

The position is classified as Grade 3 of Council’s Salary Structure with a salary starting from $45,955.00 depending upon qualifications and experience. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2017.
