Applications are invited for a full time permanent Water and Sewerage Operations Manager in Council’s Engineering Services Department. This position is responsible for the management of technically sound construction, maintenance and repairs to water supply and sewerage infrastructure, including operation of Council’s water treatment facility. The successful applicant will ideally have relevant experience in water and sewerage operations and maintenance, with the ability to lead, supervise and manage staff in a team environment.
The position is classified at Grade 11 of Council’s Salary Structure with a salary to be negotiated in the range $77,917.46 to $90,199.20 depending upon qualifications and experience. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2014. A leaseback vehicle may be available with this position.
