Form, lodged by noon on the day before the meeting and in accordance with Council’s Code of Meeting Practice and Community Consultation Session Policy. If approved, the individual may speak for five minutes (maximum).

Upgrade and Revitalisation of the Central Business District of Coonamble
Business people, property owners and community members are invited to share their views on the upgrade and revitalisation of the Central Business District of Coonamble.
Stakeholders are asked to think beyond just the main street and consider all areas and businesses in and around Castlereagh Street.
Points to consider include:
- Ways to increase and improve pedestrian activity.
- Ways to encourage more tourists to stop in the Central Business District and explore the area.
- How to improve the streetscape and make it more inviting for pedestrians, shoppers and tourists.
- Ways to boost the area’s economic viability.
These points were identified as priorities during the development of the Coonamble Shire Masterplan.
This stage of planning is to refine the Masterplan and develop a design that enables the translation of the vision into a reality.
You are welcome to share your views by email to council@coonambleshire.nsw.gov.au, by completing the 'Have Your Say' form here, or by writing to the General Manager, Coonamble Shire Council, PO Box 249, Coonamble NSW 2829.
Council will accept submissions until close of business on Friday, 3 December.
The outcome of this community engagement will be reported to Council at a future meeting and inform design plans for the precinct.
